Silent Rice Field {Kny x M!OC)

Tengen looked at the dirty boy who sat in the rice field, sun hitting his pale skin as he consumed the leg from the corpse before him. He leans to the boy's level, the side of cleaver on his shoulder.

"Does it taste good?"

The smaller boy looked at the taller man, then back at the leg. He shakes his head,

"It stops the hunger...along with the voices..."

Tanaka had lived in the dark for as long he could remember. The only dim light being the flesh he consumed which always stopped his hunger and the night terrors that were kept at bay.

During his feast, he hapens to see the light he never tried to look for. A light so bright that gave off warmth, something so foreign that seemed too honest. He wonders if he should follow that light and see where it takes him
