Penny Cross is a high school student living in Atlanta Georgia. She's a realistic girl who doesn't believe in ghosts, magic, gods, monsters or anything she can't see with her own eyes, a stark contrast to her father who possesses a fascination with all things supernatural as a ghost hunter.

Embarrassed by her father's belief in the supernatural.. of this comes to a head when one day Penny's father is abducted by a self proclaimed Sorcerer. Little does she know the vast world she is about to be exposed to- or the impact she and her bloodline will impose upon it.
