We are so used - maybe a little too much - of reading romances where the CEO starts dating his personal assistant, causing both of them to stop doing their work and just doing whatever they want. No HR involved, no colleagues wondering why she's being paid at the end of the month doing absolutely zero work while they are busting their asses.

In this story the point of view is of the other "normal" employees who find themselves doing double the work they're paid to.
