It is the summer of 1962. Catherine Marie is a 17 year old girl, beautiful, shy, blonde hair, pale creamy skin and honey golden blonde hair, who has grown up being raised by the help. Her entire life has been blessed, her family powerful and upper class, but she can't help feeling like something is missing, something crucial in her happiness. When fate throws a curveball, she meets James Moore and she can't help the feelings that flare deep within her. The only problem? James is African American. The whole worlds looks down on their relationship, a relationship that even Catherine and James try to deny. Will Catherine and James prevail their trials headed their way? Only time will tell. Follow Catherine in her journey of finding the color of love...
