Bucky Barnes thinks it's just another Hydra operation... until Rio Carnival, where he finds a terrified woman in the crowd. A ghost from his past. Someone he thought had died in the labs before Steve freed the POWs. A name he hasn't spoken since the night she was dragged from his cell. Vivienne. But something is wrong. She doesn't remember how she got to Rio. She begs him to run-moments before they are stuck in the epicenter of a catastrophic earthquake.
