After Glinda quietly asks what truly happened in Dr. Dillamond's classroom when Elphaba and Fiyero disappeared, where Elphaba makes a single promise: she will never leave her behind.

Glinda agrees to fly into the stormy sky with her well being chased after Elphaba stole the Grimmerie.
But when Glinda is torn away by the guards, Elphaba has no choice except to flee alone.
Left behind, Glinda faces the ache of believing the only person who ever understood her has fled without her.

A tale of quiet longing, buried emotions, and unwanted titles-of two women who have never learned to choose themselves-finally discovering what it means to decide what is truly for good: to choose the few who matter, rather than the many who demand.
