This fic is a direct epilogue to M.F. Private Investigators, which centered on Lana Skye and Diego Armando starting a PI agency after their release from prison. It will feature a series of vignettes from after the events of that fic.
Don't read this if you dislike normie stuff and hopeful fics about characters living their best lives after veritable buttloads of trauma. I just want my blorbos to be happy, ok?
First chapter of this fic is straight up just an explanation of some of my original characters and head canons, so you can understand this fic even if you haven't read any of my other fics. This story is a fan interpretation inspired by the upcoming GL series Pls Love starring Lena and Miu. While waiting for their series to begin filming and eventually be released, I wanted to imagine what their story might feel like - to give fans a small taste of the emotions, tension, and romance we might see on screen. This adaptation follows the same general premise and conflicts of the original novel, but it is written purely from my imagination. The characters keep the names Lena and Miu instead of the original names from the novel. Since I haven't been able to find a full English adaptation or translation of the novel, this story is based only on the summary and a few excerpts I have come across. Because of that, some details may differ from the original novel or the future series. This is simply a fan project created while we all wait for Lena and Miu's next series.
