The middle and lower classes love her. The upper classes want her gone. Cleverly, and over time, Tessa would transform into a local mythical hero just to survive. As such, and with the help of her brother, she would bring 'Tempest Rayne' to life and fight back. Tessa would do what she could using her wits, but it would be Tempest who would rule the night and become the savior of 'The Cowgate'.
