IN WHICH Blonde Blazer took the hostage of Hydra under her wings after they started to recall all their memories that Hydra took away and the torture and brainwashing that they'd give to the former solder, after years of progress (first name) Barnes was finally stable to leave Blonde Blazer side and start a new life starting by doing all that she did wrong as the Winter Soldier.

Blonde Blazer saw this and told them about the Phoenix Program, saying that this might be a good opportunity. The trauma doctor who helps people who have trauma or be brainwashed Mr Smith also agreed to this.
