For generations, the Binary Planets, Cavex and Dreath fueled an empire through the mining of Thite, a mineral that powered entire civilizations. Axis returns home to chaos. Now a fugitive leader, Axis must flee his home and seek out the only people that can legitimise his vote to leadership, his estranged siblings, Greyson and Eve, both scattered across the system. Yet the collapse of his family is only the beginning.
