When Nora collapses during a sudden town-wide blackout, she awakens changed - haunted by whispers, visions, and memories that aren't her own. She soon learns three other girls from her school were also affected by the blackout.
As the fog thickens and sticks around her small town, reality begins to warp, and a presence in the shadows seems to be watching.
