Jake Peralta, an actor, meets a teacher for child actors named Amy Santiago. After embarrassing himself in front of Amy and pretending to forget her name, Jake Peralta and Amy Santiago make a bet. If Jake can't remember his lines from just one scene, Amy gets to take Jake's car. If Jake remembers all of his lines in that single scene, he gets to take Amy on the most embarrassing date ever.
This was my English project where we had to make an alternate universe based on your favorite movie/show. I chose Brooklyn Nine-Nine because it is my favorite show. I decided the alternate universe would be if the main characters of Brooklyn Nine-Nine worked on a set for a movie based on Die Hard. I hope you enjoy this cringy and rushed short novel.
