Windmere is a town with a quiet magic: whatever is lost here-a stray umbrella, a misplaced scarf, a faded mug-is destined to find its way back. Mira is the keeper of this truth, meticulously organizing the town's forgotten items at the historic Lost & Found. To her, every missing thing has a story, and every story ends in reunion. Her steady routine is shattered when Kai, a nomadic photographer whose life is defined by movement, appears to claim his long-lost camera. He leaves, then quickly returns-with coffee and flimsy excuses for items he claims he has lost.

As Kai continues to seek out the quiet gravity of Windmere, Mira realizes he isn't looking for things he misplaced. He's looking for a reason to finally stop moving.
