Y/n is Izuku Midoriya's twin. While Midoriya didn't inherit a quirk, Y/n did. But instead of a stronger version of her Parents' quirks, Y/n's mutated. Instead of having flame breathing or levitation, she got a quirk called Manifest. It was quite Similar to the quirk Overhaul. It allowed her to break apart objects and people and then put them back together in any way she chose. The only side effect was that every time she used her quirk, an injury appeared on her body. Depending on the size of what she manipulated, the injury worsened.
