Rise Above

Hello everyone I understand that this book might not get many views, but if your reading this, it means your interested you and I'm happy it did.
Now this book is not a fiction or story but simply a self health book. I wanted to take my story and what helped me through my journey in mental health and share it so that I could maybe help others.
I am not a professional therapist, but I am human who has struggled with mental health and beat/continue to beat it.
There are some religious ideas and quotes in here (Christian ) although any of these ideas could be supported from a non religious perspective.
