Dr. Parker formerly worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, before getting fired due to assaulting a suspect in a murder case - In which included the death of his best friend Adam Deph and his daughter, Dr. Parker's goddaughter, Stephanie.

After getting fired, he drifted from clinic to clinic, before finally settling in - and begrudgingly taking the role of a professor at Orlando State University, now instead of catching cold blooded killers, he gives lectures on them.

The one problem?
He's a rebel.
