Under the red moon

Every year on July 7th, the night of Killua's birth, the moon bleeds red across the sky - a warning for villagers to lock their doors before the vampires awaken.
But Gon, never warned by Aunt Mito or Ging, wanders outside under the glowing crimson light.

When the vampires spot him, his fate is supposed to be sealed...
until the heir to the vampire throne, Killua, intervenes.

Drawn to Gon in a way he can't explain, Killua spares him - breaking tradition, breaking rules, and marking Gon as someone the vampire court cannot touch.

Meanwhile, the elite vampire guards Leorio and Kurapika, secretly dating, must navigate protecting the heir, hiding their relationship, and making sure Gon survives the most dangerous night of the year.

As the moon deepens to red and the world tilts between hunger and desire, one human boy becomes the center of a prophecy no one was ready for - especially Killua himself.
