Seraphina Upland knew them as Glinda and Elphaba. Sisters. One blood, the other chosen.

And while everyone in Oz knew the rivals' story, very few people knew of Seraphina's. Between her popular sister, who was beloved by all, and her best friend, who was hated with an equal passion, Seraphina often faded into the background. While, most days, she was fine with going unnoticed, she often wondered what it would be like to be seen. Even if it was as simple a gesture as greeting her in passing.

Enter the Prince of Winkie Country, Fiyero Tigelaar, who not only notices her, but helps her break free from her chains to unleash the lively spirit within. When darkness falls upon Oz and wickedness prevails, Seraphina will need every bit of spirit she can muster to defeat those who wish to bring harm upon the place she calls home. And, maybe...just maybe, a certain prince will be there to fight alongside her.
