Most people thought that made her tough by default someone who didn't scare easily. But Destinee knew the truth Hawkins was the kind of town where strange things crawled under the surface, and being Hopper's daughter didn't make her fearless. It just meant she saw the world a little differently.

Lisa Henderson didn't like Steve Harrington. Not at all. They were best friends as kids and now they didn't talk, and Lisa was content in forgetting about his existence which was easy since they didn't have the same friends. That was until he started dating her best friend, Nancy Wheeler. Trying to adapt to his unwelcome return into her life, as well as trying to stay out of whatever her brother Dustin and his friends were secretly up to was no easy feat, especially when literal monsters were thrown into the mix. Lisa Henderson didn't like Steve Harrington, but she also couldn't seem to get rid of him. And maybe, just maybe, she didn't actually mind that much. --- The characters and the overall storyline/setting belong to the Duffer brothers. Lisa Henderson and any new plotlines are my creation. Sam didn't need to be part of a group to live happily. She moved often, she hadn't a sedentary lifestyle. She changed cities every year. And that year, Hawkins was on her way. Stranger Things were happening in that city, the same stranger things that had been happening in her minds since she was a child. Her memories of her past and what had happened that day were hazy.
