Hidden behind iron gates and thorn-covered walls, the academy promised transformation-for those deemed broken, volatile, or unfit for the world as it was. Years of struggling with her mental health had left scars no one bothered to understand, and instead of help, her parents chose Blackthorn. They told her it would teach her how to be a better woman. Ember heard only that they wanted her silenced.

From the moment she arrived, Ember stood out-and not in the way Blackthorn liked. She questioned rules, challenged authority, and refused to lower her gaze. That defiance drew attention, especially from three of the academy's most respected Dominants: Levi, Colton, and Jaxson. Each of them had earned their status through discipline and control, tasked with mentoring submissives and shaping them into perfection.
