She believed in love...believed in fate...
And when she met him-the man who felt carved perfectly for her-an arranged marriage suddenly turned into the sweetest beginning she never expected.

Everything felt like a dream...
Until the dream cracked.

One week before the wedding, she stumbles upon a truth-dark enough to shatter every feeling she ever held for him. The man she loved. The man she trusted. And she decides to leave.

But leaving him?
The man who has already decided she's his?

It was never going to be that simple.

And-"the vows...made under the shadows of reality."

-------------------------------------------------

Glimpse:
"Y...you...h...how c...can...", her voice trembling, unable to believe what she just saw, she turns to leave....or run.
He froze "WAIT", his voice cold, she froze completely at her place,
she had never heard his voice this cold, with such lack of warmth, it was like-it wasn't even him.

And it wasn't.

He walks towards her, she wanted to leave, to run but just couldn't move, out of fear? or maybe shock.

He stood right in front of her, she looks up at him "y...you...-" , he says with that cold voice that sent shivers down her spine "yes me...".

A tear roll down her cheeks without her knowing. He caught the tear with his thumb, his action softer as compared to what she just saw him do, "Don't...don't cry...you know I can't see you cry" his voice soft, but there was an underlying threat, a coldness in that voice.

She never believed in love-mostly because she never got any. She grew up learning not to expect things... from anyone. Fought her own battles. Built walls so high no one could see the girl she really was underneath. People called her rebellious when she walked out of her house at 18. They judged. They talked. But she knew her truth... and she never felt the need to explain it to anyone. still she believed in good...kindness and she gave it to everyone she cares about, everyone she knew deserved it. And then she saw him- the one person who made her heart stop for a second. Her first real crush. And for the first time, things started to feel... perfect. Too perfect. Too good to be real. But she believed. She believed in HIM. Until he broke her too. The only man she trusted...shattered her without thinking twice. She wanted to walk away. She tried. But leaving him? That wasn't an option anymore-because he didn't give any. She was already his. His to hate His to Ruin. ___________________________________________________ Glimpse: A single tear slipped down her cheek as she looked at me... disbelief, anger, hurt-everything in her eyes at once. Her voice cracked, barely a whisper. "Ek... ekansh... pl... please... say it's... it's not true... say... say it pl... please." I stood there, looking untouched. Or... that's what I kept telling myself. "It's true, Trisha." My voice came out cold, low. "Whatever you heard right now. Is. True." She stepped back like my words actually hit her. Good. That's exactly what I wanted. Her gaze dropped, tears running freely. "S... so all... of it was a lie... you... you never loved me?" Her voice was so soft it almost broke something in me. "Yes... it was all a lie." I said it coldly, like I didn't care. But for a second-just a second-something twisted in my chest... before I forced it dead again.

THE THINGS WE NEVER SAY

"The Things We Never Say" In a world full of noise, two beautiful souls found each other in silence. Drawn by something deeper than words, they met not through grand gestures but in the quiet moments-the knowing glances, the half-smiles, the unspoken understanding. Strangers at first, then citizens of each other's hearts, they built a bond that didn't demand declarations. Their connection grew not through confessions, but through the constancy of presence, the comfort of shared spaces, and the things they never said-but always felt. And when the time was right, they tied their lives together, not as a fairytale ending, but as the next step in a story that was always meant to be. A love not loud, but lasting. Dive into a journey of silent love, unsaid feelings, and destiny's quiet magic. Read now and discover the story hidden in the things we never say.
