Charlotte Garrison has just started her first year of college and is ready to leave her high school life behind. The bullies, the perverted teachers, and not to mention that one accident involving a trip down the bleachers.
Living on her own in an apartment off campus, she discovers that the person living right across from her in the building is none other than her high school's bad boy Seth Carter.
