Arc 1: Two Peas In A Pod

In the Year 732 on Planet Vegeta, two freaks of nature are born: one has infinite power, the other close to zero. Both share the destiny to be thrown away and disposed by a society that either fears them or views them as worthless.
One was supposed to be disposed on some Planet called Vampa, the other would die whereever she ended up with: born without a tail, a power level less than 1, and with blonde hair due to leucism.

Due the kindness of her parents, they both get to send to a much more friendly planet: Tofu. They both just need to be one thing: be each others protector to survive.
