This poetry collection is a living archive of my life-written not from a place of perfection, but from survival. These poems were born out of trauma, grief, love, rage, and the slow work of learning how to stay. They tell the truth about what happens when pain is carried for too long, when coping mechanisms aren't always healthy, and when healing doesn't arrive gently or all at once.

I write as someone who has been hurt, who has made mistakes while trying to protect herself, and who is still learning how to unlearn what trauma taught her. This book does not ask for pity, nor does it offer polished answers. Instead, it holds space for accountability, growth, and the uncomfortable honesty of becoming.

These poems exist because silence was heavier than speaking. Because release was necessary. Because sometimes the only way forward is to bleed onto the page and call it proof that you survived.

If you find yourself in these words-if you recognize your own pain, your own anger, your own small hope-I hope this book reminds you that you are not broken for what you endured. Healing is not pretty. It is not linear. But it is possible. And sometimes, it begins with being brave enough to tell the truth.
