Nico doesn't normally respond to wrong numbers, but the guy seemed like he was young, and he should let him know what happened. one thing leads to another, and soon enough, Nico is helping Oscar with his teammate and trying to successfully get their relationship started. While also being heavily influenced by the other retirees he's kept in contact with. A short story where an autistic Oscar Piastri gets to show off the years of knowledge he's built on his special interest: formula one. In an effort to prove to himself it's not a bad thing, he wants that trophy. On the other hand, Lando Norris hates grill the grid. Standing still and thinking and answering quickly. Nevermind the fact he doesn't know stuff like that. He'd just rather avoid it all together. --- A quick note: I am aware that grill the grid are all filmed at the start of the seasons and in the story's canon, Oscar doesn't know he's autistic and Lando doesn't know he has ADHD at that point. But this idea has wormed it's way into my head and I'd feel bad for not writing it so uh, just make believe a bit. Suspend some reality. I mean, neither of them are publically neurodivergent so I know we can both do it. Thanks for doing it especially for this story though!
