This is a story about an elf who becomes a wizard's shadow then a dwarf's shadow on his journey to reclaim something that he has lost. There are dangers out there beyond the cities that they go to and they might need help along the way to get to where their going. The elf is sent by her foster father in one of the places and she goes on the mission to keep others from killing him off. She is much of a warrior as her kin.
It will take some time for me to write what have written down already but I will get it up none the less. Just have enough patience with me to get it all up. If you like the first part, please leave a comment or vote for it. If not, that's okay with me.

The Ancients
A war plagues the livable north of Mokosh. Both dwarven and human lives lost. Trying to keep the peace a prince and his bastard friend make their way into the arms of yet another enemy. Yet the terrors of the world are not done plaguing them as they are thrust into a journey they have no business being a part of. Yet somehow a bastard, a ward, and two princes find the world's fate resting directly on their shoulders. Author's note: I know I know, I put an Author's note in here already saying I was going to try to maintain one chapter a month. But unfortunately, the fascism is getting to me, and I (very unfortunately) am under govt. contract, so it is taking me a while to get through these, while editing plus proof reading, and doing literally everything else. Your understanding and patience does not go unnoticed. I appreciate you all taking the time to read my book. It is still going, even if there hasn't been updates in months. This party of four have been living in my head over a decade they have to come out. TLDR Fascism is kicking my ass. No, I'm not dead. No I didn't give up on the book. Please hang around I will get to finishing it, but it's taking me some extra time.

Togran Ka fears the humans having had time to recover from the war, will return with a vengeance. Lucy and Rollo siblings abandoned by their parents, make their living selling items they have scavenged and repaired to any surviving settlements. Rollo and Lucy opposite sides of the same coin, Rollo a cheerful boy with the glow of innocence still around him and Lucy an overprotective cynical woman, who fears the moment her brother will lose his kind heart to the demands of the world. The Mother a creature bound within the center of the earth, feels the chains gripping her beneath the earth's crust weakening. Eager to cleanse the world of all its creatures, she sends forth her imps to clear the path for her return.Complete
