The Price of a Smile

Rain is blissfully in love with his respected senior and boyfriend, Phayu, until one rainy afternoon. He sees Phayu laughing and flirting openly with Nam, a relentlessly pursuing girl, and worst of all, Phayu smiles and shrugs when their friends suggest he and Nam would make a 'great couple.'
Devastated and feeling like a foolish distraction, Rain flees the university, leaving behind a heartbroken Phayu without a word. For three agonizing weeks, Phayu desperately searches for his missing love, realizing how empty his life is without Rain.
When Rain finally returns, thinner and guarded, Phayu is forced to confront the terrible price of his carelessness. He begs Rain for forgiveness, shedding tears and openly declaring his love in front of the entire class.
Now, Phayu must prove his sincerity. He pours his heart into relentlessly pursuing Rain all over again, making a public, possessive claim on his boyfriend. The passion of their reunion is marked by visible promises, silencing all rumors and reminding everyone-especially Rain-that he is Phayu's one and only.
