Lost and Found by the Badboy

When Hadley was about to become a freshman, it was decided that she was going to move to her grandparents for a little while to help them out. Prior to leaving, she promised her best friend at the time (Crue Thomas) that she wouldn't be gone long. She may have only been gone for a year but when she returned, she found that so much had changed. Crue had gotten himself into a lot of trouble and seemed to be a whole different person all together, while her brothers seemed more protective of her than ever before. It has now been 2 years since her return and still nothing is how it used to be, it seemed to be slowly getting worse over time. With everything that has happened in Hadley's life over the last 3 years, she feels like she's seriously starting to lose it, especially with the recent loss of her parents and breakup with her long term boyfriend. While all those around her are struggling to cope and get used to their new norm, Hadley decides its time for a change, she somehow convinces the school bad boy, who just so happens to be said ex best friend, to pretend to go out with her. She needed a way to get her ex to leave her alone and he just so happens to be terrified of Crue. With how much time the two are spending together, Hadley can't help but notice how much happier she is when Crue is around her but can it really stay that way? Especially with the past that her and Crue have with one another, along with the possibility of real danger that could come from Crue's own dark hidden past. Can they fix where they may have went wrong or will their past destroy everything and everyone around them?
