Marauders blood loss (rewritten)

Instead of the normal events of the prank that you know to have taken place did not happen here. Instead something happens which leaves sirius and james to end up in the icu of saint mungos but before they left to go there they were given 24 hours to see if they would improve if they did they wouldn't have to go. How will the outcome be? What will Regulus' reaction be? Stay tuned and read to find out what the big change is and to explore those 24 hours from the perspective of those who love them and more until they get better enough to return to school.
