Seeing how a member of his clan, Kaguya influenced the Earth, creating chakra and the 10 tails. From that day on, Shibai watched closer the development of Earth. after thousands of years, he had enought of watching and decided to create a being that will decide the fate of the world. From either destroying it or protecting it. That being was given many advantages, like a lot of chakra and many abilities. But what his best ability was his eyes, wich was Shibai own eyes.
