Having been told numerous times by someone that had meant to love him for who he was that he was broken beyond repair, that he was unfixable, Evan had come to terms with the fact that no one would ever truly know and love him for who he really was. He had accepted that he was not put on this world for the same reason others were. But then he meets the genius Spencer Reid and slowly, allows himself to accept that maybe there was a little slice of happiness for him out there too.
