In a dystopian world, a "virus" emerges from the failure of an experiment to create an elixir of eternal youth. It turns into a catastrophe that causes those infected to age at a deadly speed within just days. But the most terrifying aspect is that the infection can be transmitted for a short period after exposure-on the condition that it is passed on to someone younger. This transforms humanity into a horrifying age-based race: survival belongs to the youngest.

Natural laws begin to collapse, and a new world rises, ruled by gangs, politicians, and scientists, where "time" becomes a stolen and traded commodity. Teenagers and children become prime targets for abduction, used as vessels to transfer the infection.
