All Things Come Around

Marcel Candelon drifts from village to village, carving out a living with odd jobs and returning home only sporadically to check on old friends and Christine Malherbe, the steadfast caretaker of his beloved niece, Jolene.

One visit changes everything. Ernest Ordinare, a mysterious Southerner from New Orleans, arrives in Alamore with his wife and chauffeur, declaring himself the town's new mayor and judge and promising a brighter future. Suspicion simmers, tension rises, and the townsfolk must learn to navigate his strange rule.

As chaos unfolds, Marcel's carefully maintained façade begins to crack, revealing a man bitter, haunted, and dangerously human. Alongside his lifelong friend Jacob Ross, he confronts fractured families, his own self-loathing, and a judge whose foreign ways ignite a series of conflicts with a rival town.

What begins as a simple visit becomes a storm of loyalty, betrayal, and survival where every choice carries a price.
