It's a normal year for Evan Westring, Beck Blackwood, Virginia Lee, and Rigel Poliaris at Hogwarts school for Witchcraft and Wizardry. At least until Beck's father gets murdered in a very strange way, as well as two other victims, one from each of the other Major Wizarding schools. Beck's father's death wasn't enough, however and now the killers are coming after him. The group learn of a new society that has been rising right under the Ministry's noses, and their plans to unleash powerful dark magic.
