Alora was a 19-year-old girl who lived in a countryside village. Her mother was biased towards her sons over her. Her parents never showed their love to her. She worked like a machine, barely able to rest to support her family. As a breadwinner, she shouldered responsibility for her family when her father died. Despite that, she never felt love and never felt worthy.
One night changed her life. Who would have thought that she would die because of working so hard? Not her, nor her family. No one cared which she wished someone would.
But when she wakes up, the world feels different. What was wrong with her body? How did it become a walking skeleton?
Out of nowhere, she possessed a strange power that could help her in this new world. For the first time, she is free. Free from chores. Free from work. Free from the burdens of her old life.
But will this freedom bring her happiness? Will this new world give her the love and care she has always longed for? And what will happen to her in a place where women are rare and precious?
Later on, Alora realized that the world she had entered was the novel and manhua "Beauty and the Beasts", which her maid friend had recommended to her and even told her some important parts of the story.

This story is a fan interpretation inspired by the upcoming GL series Pls Love starring Lena and Miu. While waiting for their series to begin filming and eventually be released, I wanted to imagine what their story might feel like - to give fans a small taste of the emotions, tension, and romance we might see on screen. This adaptation follows the same general premise and conflicts of the original novel, but it is written purely from my imagination. The characters keep the names Lena and Miu instead of the original names from the novel. Since I haven't been able to find a full English adaptation or translation of the novel, this story is based only on the summary and a few excerpts I have come across.
