The Complicated Life Of Kathryn

Life is full of complications.

For seventeen year old Kathryn Winslow, life is one giant complication with a pineapple on top, covering up all the drama with its sweet goodness.

She breaks into private property, has gotten chased by police officers on more then one occasion, snoops around in her crush’s privacy with her photography skills and favourite camera (which she never lets go off) and seems to be digging herself into an awful lot of mess.

And that’s only the beginning!

Blessed with an awesome grandfather who thinks he’s a woman; a grandmother who believes she was abducted by aliens and then given cake; a mother who can’t go a day without cleaning everything at least three times; a father who would marry his work if he could; a brother who is a bit (or a lot) like a whore; a crazy best friend who still believes in the tooth fairy; a stalker-ish ex boyfriend who she went no where with but still believes that she’s his soul mate and a sexy criminal of a neighbour that can shut her up with one smile alone.

But to make things better her family hates the boy down the road (basically the sexy criminal) who quite frankly she’s falling head-over-heels for, she’s a brunette and 5’2, can’t pronounce the word ‘Onomatopoeia’ and gets in the middle of gang fights.

It’s kinda complicated.
