The population of a small, upper-class neighborhood is suddenly transformed into vampires. From there, they must navigate their new lives as bloodsucking monsters, while also maintaining the structure of their gated community, which includes meetings, votes, social events, an internal council, lawn-care guidelines, and so on. As the members come to terms with their newfound violent tendencies, and relationships become strained by neighborhood drama, the loyalties of the members to one another will be tested. Will this collection of people work together to prove themselves as a community, or is this neighborhood truly damned to collapse under the weight of its curse?
Secrets will be revealed. Blood will be shed. Outsiders will be roped into petty disputes, as well as life and death stakes. A group of seemingly regular people will never be the same again.
