"I couldn't... conjure a Patronus," Tonks said, not meeting his eye.
Remus grinned. "Well, I can certainly help you there."

When Tonks confesses to Remus that she cannot conjure a Patronus, he happily agrees to help her learn. She succeeds first time but the results are weak; she needs practice.
All that time together will surely have an effect on the both of them?
