Rowan can't leave the house, and Matteo tries his best to stay away from home; but somewhere along the way, they find each other. Rowan Anderson spends every day consumed by anxiety. He was recently diagnosed with agoraphobia and hasn't left the house in forever. Matteo Garcia has a complicated home life to say the least. He's always trying to find a way to scrape together money, while still getting top grades in school and staying on the hockey team. When Rowan tries to find a summer tutor to catch him up on the school he missed, he stumbles upon Matteo. Matteo. The guy in his hockey team. The guy he always used to sneak secret glances at. The guy who is the only person who seems to make him feel safe. The more time they spend together, the more a friendship starts to form. But what happens when feelings -and a long list of other obstacles- get involved? Will they be able to continue their arrangement without any complications? Or will both of them be thrown into spirals so deep that the only people who can get them out, is each other. ******* [NOW COMPLETE]

BOOK 2 - imperfect for you series Does this kind of love deserve a second chance? Five years after leaving Briarfield behind, Mavin Keller is finally building the life he once dreamed of in Seattle. But no matter how far he runs, he still can't escape the past or the boy he left behind. When his mother's wedding brings him back home, Mavin comes face to face with Sonnie Miller for the first time in years. The boy who disappeared after that Christmas night is no longer the same: quieter, older, and carrying scars of his own. As Briarfield keeps pulling them back into each other's lives, old feelings begin to resurface through late-night conversations, lingering glances, and memories neither of them truly escaped. But loving Sonnie again means reopening wounds Mavin never learned how to heal, and risking his heart on a second chance he's not sure they can survive.
