After years away caring for her beloved grandmother, Katie finally returns to Adventure Bay-her hometown tucked between snowy hills and the sparkling bay she once patrolled with the Paw Patrol team. But things have changed. Ryder, now 25, has grown into a man whose confidence and quiet strength make hearts flutter, his deep, commanding voice a steady presence in the bustling town. He still runs the Paw Patrol, but the reins have been passed to a new generation of pups, each eager to carry on the legacy of courage, friendship, and rescue.

There's Max, the adventurous boy pup and now a dedicated police dog, always first to arrive when trouble calls. Stella, clever and curious, follows her instincts as a detective, sniffing out mysteries big and small. And Stormy, brave like her parents Chase and Skye, has taken to the skies, patrolling the town with loyalty and love. Together, they form a team ready to meet any challenge-but even they can't anticipate the snowstorm that will change everything.

Meanwhile, old friends have grown and built families of their own. Zuma, the fun-loving water pup, met a spirited Labrador named Gia, and together they have Zara, a water pup whose courage and curiosity rival her father's. Rubble, the sturdy construction pup, and his Frenchie partner Rylie have welcomed Ranger, a cheerful pup who loves nothing more than building and helping others. Rocky, the inventive recycler, and Kymber the Yorkie have a pup named Koa, who is already showing a passion for reusing and restoring, proving that heart and resourcefulness run in the family.
