"Eat Your Heart Out" doesn't ask what you'd give up: it asks what you'd swallow, all just to embody "perfection." In a world where faith demands obedience, beauty demands sacrifice, and friendship demands blood, the girls who chase perfection soon discover that sometimes, the bodies bloated with secrets and stitched together by devotion, will betray them long before their God ever does.

Author's Note: This story is extremely personal to me and based on many of my own lived experiences, and framing those experiences in the light of the horror genre was such a cool writing adventure. "Eat Your Heart Out" is also one novella of three that are a part of an overarching anthology novel called "The Silkwood Creek Anthology" that I am working on.
