Leticia Routledge, the sixteen year old twin sister of John B. finds herself back in the Outer Banks after spending a few years with their Uncle T. Their father has gone missing, and over the past six months Leticia has started to worry more than ever.

She expects a normal summer back in the OBX, drinking beer and smoking pot on the beach. Little does she know, everything turns upside down with her friends.
