Y'know, I originally joined this stupid server to farm clout from the guys and gals at the top of the food chain. I never expected... all of this...
Might as well get the introductions out of the way. My name is CosMickTV, emperor of the Republic of Velmora and your guide to the greatest show in video games.
Overlands is a hyper realistic virtual reality open-world game that took the world by storm in late 2026. By 2027, research papers were being published on the effects it could have on society as we know it, and it ushered in a new era of human development. Fast forward to today, and over 10% of the human population actively play the game.
All of this culminated in the announcement of the Overlands SMP, an ambitious private server created specifically for content creators to go wild on. And I got an invite as well, somehow. I guess being a Top 15 player in the world has its perks.
