Except Scarlett and Quinn.Living in the Aurum Imperium Scarlett lives and breathes being an inner dweller, a royal. Meanwhile Quinn lives on the far edge of the city, the outer, the poorest part of society. Why can they see that this world is bland, boring, fake and nobody else? Read to find out!!!
