Tommy Oliver along with his wife Kimberly Oliver were in Japan enjoying their 5th year anniversary. While walking they heard someone crying as they saw pudies around the kid. They went to help as one puffy managed to get to the kid but the next moment he used the Tiger Roar sending him back.
