Mike groans, his hands back in his hair. "No. Well, not directly. But she keeps complaining about every single thing I do. I can't kiss her, I can't talk to her, I can't even look at her. Like, what's up with that?!"

"Doesn't really sound like her."

He flails his arms, flopping back onto his bed, "That's what I said!"

"No, I mean, are you sure you're not dumbing down what she's saying?" She leans back as well, propping her head onto her palm and looking down at Mike. "You are pretty stupid, maybe you're not reading between the lines."

"Gee, thanks, Nance. I'll just read her like she's a god damn book. She's not implying shit, she's just saying things that make no sense. Will wouldn't say stupid shit like this.." Nancy takes a second after his last comment, looking directly into Mike's frustrated eyes.

"Uh huh."
