Izuku, un Omega de apenas 16 años, él trabaja en la UA siendo ayudante de Recovery girl, hijo de Shōta Aizawa un Omega peli-negro y Hazashi Yamada un alfa rubio, Izuku tiene un hermano llamada Shinso Yamada Aizawa, Izuku no necesito estudiar en la UA, ya que si Don/Quirk de trataba sobre recuperación o regeneración, con solo acercar sus manos a la parte lastimada puede curar a cualquiera. Un día, su madre se olvidó de llevar su café, por lo cual él se ofreció a llevarlo, Shōta consentía mucho a su cachorro menor, Denki Kaminari un Omega, mejor amigo de Izuku, se conocen desde pequeños, Izuku llegó a la clase 1-A, dandole así la oportunidad de que lo conozcan, ya que estaría en la enfermería por cualquier cosa, en esa misma clase estaba si hermano mayor y su mejor amigo, Shinso y Denki, obviamente no eran gemelos ni mellizos, no, Shinso solo era mayor que Izuku por 2  años, Shinso no quiso estudiar en la UA hasta que su hermano tenga los 16 y comience s trabajar allí, Shōta presento a si cachorro menor, en un aula llega de alfas, ¿Qué malo puede pasar?, lo malo paso, fue que un alfa, Katsuki Bakugou, el único alfa puro de la clase fue el que se fijó en su cachorro, se lastimaba a propósito para ir a la enfermería y ver a Izuku,  al presentarse todos decían cosas como: "Que tierno!" o "Se ve que es inocente" , ¿Qué pasará con el alfa puro?, ¿Izuku se haría si amigo? o ¿Algo más?.
