Cath froze and stared at the screen in disbelief. "No way. Not me. Not him. Kai Alonzo?! The soccer idiot? Hindi pwede, bakit ako pa?" Her brain scrambled for every excuse to escape.

Kai, meanwhile, smirked as he saw her name pop up next to his. "Well, this is interesting." He leaned back, casually shrugging like it was nothing. "She's serious. Way too serious. This is going to be fun."
