Ash and Bone. (My public diary.)

I'm making this book just to write down and vent but I could just not publish it. I'm publishing this book because 1, no one knows my actual identity and 2, it could help people feel seen, help people relate, and/or help people know they aren't alone. I won't be holding anything back but I also won't be writing anything that would expose my identity and if you know me enough irl to know this stuff then please don't say anything, even to me. I am showing these chapters to my therapist so she can help me work through things. I hope this book helps you even a little bit in some way.
