Phoenix "Nixy" Vitale was well known in these parts.
Her brother Taylor, was a well known mafia boss. He had taken over the family business when their father had died.

Nixy and her mother had moved to get her away from all the violence but circumstances had brought her back to the city.

An arranged marriage that she didn't asked for. A family boss friend who isn't bad on the eyes but she despises. For reasons no one knows but her.
Her brother isn't any help. He is all about business negotiations and that's all he sees her as. A negotiation. So she thinks.

Cue a very handsome super soldier coming in - causing chaos - but in a good way.
What will she decide to do?
